NR115 Committee

WCCA NR 115 implementation subcommittee is developing program guidance to assist counties in revising their Shoreland Ordinance to be in compliance with NR 115 by February of 2012

All counties will receive via email a draft of this product approximately two weeks prior to the Spring Conference for review and discussion at the conference.  This site will be the place to post specific questions. They will be forwarded to the subcommittee for clarification and or recommendations. The response will be sent to all district reps and they will in turn forward the information to their membership.
