2007 FALL SEMINAR REGISTRATION WISCONSIN COUNTY CODE ADMINISTRATORS COUNTRY SPRINGS HOTEL, 1501 Northpointe Drive, Stevens Point OCT 31-NOV 2, 2007
1. The full registration fee for this seminar is $115.00 for members and $155.00 for non-members. This fee includes 4 meals, all sessions, materials, door prizes and hospitality. If you are signing up for a half-day registration, please indicate which half-day you plan to attend. Meals are not included with this registration. 2. Registration paid for after October 19, 2007 will be charged a late fee of $15.00 Pre-registration is strongly requested. We need to know who will attend for meal counts, etc. Registration fees will be refunded if you cancel before October 26, 2007. 3. Room reservations may be made by calling (800)998-2311. Room rates are $62.00 for single occupancy/$62.00 double/$72.00 triple. Let them know you are with the WCCA and whether you have a tax exemption for the sales tax when you call. 4.
