3:00-4:00 PM        Parliamentary Procedure:   By Daniel J. Hill-Associate Professor with UW-Extension Local              Government Center.  Discussion of Roberts Rules of Order and how the rules help debate, discussion and decision making.

8:30-9:30    AM           Center For Land Use Education:  Presenters-Rebecca Roberts & Lynn Markham.  During this session, CLUE staff will provide an overview of the zoning board of adjustment handbook and ask for your input for improving zoning board education.  They will facilitate a group discussion allowing individuals to share what works and what doesn’t in their counties with respect to zoning board operations and decision making.  Come prepared  with questions, ideas and suggestions.

9:30-10:30  AM         WDNR Program Updates:  By DNR staff and Gary Heinrichs-WDNR  Floodplain & Planning             Analyst/WCCA liaison.
